Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

Innocent people do not delay justice.

I have other things to bitch about but those will have to wait.

A tremendous foreign policy asset… to all of our adversaries.

Do we throw up our hands or do we roll up our sleeves? (hint, door #2)

The willow is too close to the house.

Republicans got rid of McCarthy. Democrats chose not to save him.

When I decide to be condescending, you won’t have to dream up a fantasy about it.

Proof that we need a blogger ethics panel.

Celebrate the fucking wins.

How stupid are these people?

Incompetence, fear, or corruption? why not all three?

No Kings: Americans standing in the way of bad history saying “Oh, Fuck No!”

I’ll have to watch Fox News with my hotel breakfast tomorrow morning. For once I’ll actually be interested in what they have to say about something. This deal, trade or whatever it is to release people from Iran must be spun by Fox into a betrayal of America by the Muslim traitor Obama. How will they do it?

I’m sad that the Chiefs lost* (WarriorGirl is consoling her Chiefs teddy bear as we speak), but I’m glad that Brady can give Goodell the finger. Again. And for the rest of this postseason, we’ll be cheering for the Pats.

    Me: Chiefs fan from babyhood.
    HerrDoktorToaster: Dolphins fan from babyhood.
WarriorGirl: Patriots fan since babyhood, but her first cousin gave her a Chiefs teddy bear when she was one. So if the Chiefs are on TV, she cheers for the Chiefs. Otherwise, the Pats.

Fortunately Nancy Schön kept the molds. So if someone steals one, she waits 6 months to see if it comes back. If not, she’ll make a new one — for money, I remember the fundraiser for one of the times Quack got stolen.
