I woke up this morning and feel like I have finally turned the corner on this. I may need rehab for my new found robitussin addiction, though.
Sick
I am sick with the double whammy- strep throat and bronchitis, which means my tickets to the Steelers on the 50 yard line tomorrow are useless. I want to cry. I don’t know when I will post next.
Cat Update
I forgot to mention- Oliver came back this morning after 40 hours missing. I was driving around town looking for him this morning for about an hour, came back, and there he was on the doorstep, sassing me for having the audacity to lock him out.
BONUS- No one has urinated on anything in three days.
Cat Update
The cat urination problem has been solved temporarily, although not the way I wanted to resolve it. Oliver and Tunch got out a window last night at 7, and while Tunch came back at ten, Oliver has not been seen for a day now. He always was the wild one and always trying to get outside, so if he eventually does come back, I may find a good farm for him.
At any rate, the most depressing part is that I was always suspicious that my cats did not like me and just tolerated me, and then Oliver pissed all over my house for two weeks and ran away. What message am I supposed to take from this other than confirmation that he hated me?
Blog Exodus
A Fearful Symmetry (formerly the Portable Matthew) now has a brand new home and a new name:
Happy Halloween!
I am heading off to a massive costume party, so there probably will be no more posting until late tomorrow (after the football game). Hope every one has a good and safe Halloween.
Oh, yeah- I am going with a few friends as Da Bears fans from Saturday Night Live.
