The headline tonight is GREAT night for Dems:
(1) fantastic turnout & great nominees in NJ;
(2) strong showing in IA;
(3) no "lockouts" in CA;
(4) many female nominees winning.LOTS OF WORK LEFT TO BE DONE, but serious progress tonight toward winning the House.

Some most encouraging / heartwarming individual candidates, too, but we’ll discuss them in a later post. (Add your nominations below!)
Women are just crushing men in most congressional Democratic primaries these days. I don't think I've ever seen (or read about if we're being honest) anything like it.

two big themes I've seen from D voters so far
1) Huge huge enthusiasm for women candidates
2) no real rebellion against establishment or party-macher-endorsed nominees, ala GOP in 2010— Chris Hayes (@chrislhayes) June 6, 2018

Just step back and think about all these amazing people who are winning the Dem primaries tonight. Think about a Congress full of new public servants we admire. That is what we can do this November. We can change the House and the country.
