I think PA-18 might really be a good way place to put some of your money. Conor Lamb is eschewing outside help so he may end up spending under 300K, which is a tiny fraction what got spent on Jon Ossoff. Republicans are scared, and are spending a lot about seventeen times that amount:

Democratic groups have spent less than $300,000 on behalf of Conor Lamb, who has waged a single-digit race in a district that voted for President Trump by 19 points in 2016.
